We are Brent and Keilah Bishop. Keilah and her family have been in Bergheim for almost a century now and we have been married since 2016. The past several years we have been involved in the pool industry and have really come to love doing this work here in the Hill Country. When we decided to start our own business, our goal was to take care of people, not just the pool. So we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality service and even better customer service and communication. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Which chemicals should I use in my swimming pool?

The type of pool you have will determine which chemicals are needed. The approach for a saltwater pool is different from a standard chlorine pool. If you need assistance choosing what you should put in your water to guarantee cleanliness, call Bergheim Pool Service. We will come to your home to explain your pool’s requirements, check its chemical balance, and ensure you can swim safely. Furthermore, we can supply all the chemicals you need.

  • What are the common elements of pool maintenance?

Proper pool maintenance can address many issues related to your pool. If you notice something is wrong with your jets, pump, lights, or any other elements, Bergheim Pool Service can help. Examples of issues we remedy for our Lone Star State customers include murky water, algae, metal stains, and water level concerns. Our pool professionals will identify any problem associated with your pool and we can provide an estimate to repair it. In addition to cleaning your pool water, we will:

    1. Monitor your water’s chemical balance
    2. Ensure your chlorinator is working properly
    3. Check water levels
    4. Ensure your pump and filter are in good working order
  • How often should I clean my pool?

It’s important to clean your pool at least once a week to remove any floating debris and prevent algae accumulation on its floors and walls. Many pool owners choose to brush, vacuum, and skim their pools on their own. If you want one less thing to accomplish before your first cannonball of the day, enlist the help of our pool cleaners. But more importantly, we recommend a professional pool water cleaning at the beginning of each season to ensure your pool is in the best shape possible. Our pool cleaning service includes:

    1. Brushing
    2. Chemical testing
    3. Skimming
    4. Filter evaluation
